When I Started:
Feb, 2006
How I Started:
when i was 15 I was always just the week looking skinny kid, that ran cross country and track... not very intimidating
so my dad that had been working out for a year by that point, (and he cheated and used juice) but i was so amazed and looked up to him because he was getting so monstrous. SO i went home daydreamed for about a whole day of looking huge and muscular and getting all the girls showing off my strength and my body, So i asked my dad if hed let me work out with him, and i went to the gym for a couple of times a week with him he showed me diffrent workouts taught me about the muscles, and about nutrition and how to eat.
So i got weight training in high school, also got a gym membership, beefed up (which was hard), ate tremendous amounts of meat, took weight gainer, worked out didnt slow down for 1 1/4 years, now im lookign good, and that one day i day dreamed is coming true about how i was dreaming.
Ill never go back! And i must say i love my body its grown so much bigger and better. and more attractive, girls now complement me and say my god aaron your arms are getting huge! and im like in my mind "HEEELLL YEESSS"
Its all worth it, every day ive spent working out is tottally worth it
and im only 16 got a whole life ahead of me, and much much more potential. im not near were i wanna be yet...i wanna be about 2x more stronger. and bigger.
Why I Love It:
Man i dunno, the rush, the adrenaline, the endorphins, and the girls, and self confidince, i also enjoy it for an unknown reason i cant explain, its an addiction..
I love improving my body and making it stronger and faster to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know im improving my body potential and limits, and being able to show off the physique ive always wanted this summer is big motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
Starting a program and staying with it for over a 2 years....
Challenging my self and beating my lifting stats every month. It may not be accomplishment to others, but to me its so great and i love it.
Ive taken both of these to see which one is best ANd my vote is N.O. EXPLODE!!!!
Nox-cg3 i may have felt a little energy and maybe a minor pump every now and then, But n.0 xplode I feel a great pump every time, LOTS of energy, and also i feel stronger, ANd also theres good creatine...
Its long and itll take a long time to write it out when i get time (and am not feelin lazy ill write it out.)
But basically i work 2 muscle groups every gym visit im on a 4 day split, and i do 4 diff exercises 3 sets of 8, but sometime ill switch it up to 5 sets of 5...

Hey Aaron, thanks! BUT, now I am tempted to make you even further "embarrased". I'm about to post my other lifting stats. {lol} Take Care, ~Dawn Melanie
hey the corps is a hard life u are away from family for a good while and all you got is your brothers in your platoon. As of war havent been yet i will be a corporal when i go everyone gets there chance. Just remember this saying when u join "Friends by chance, Brothers by fate" Bootcamp is your easiest thing to go through in the Marine corps. Good luck
I train each body part once per week. Usually Monday, Tuesday, Thurs, Friday. If I am getting ready for a shoot or show I will increase to 5x per week.
Take care,
Armond
well bro I am actually not that strong at the moment due to a diet I did for a competition and just the lack of interest in strength training. In order to get stronger you really need to be focused and do some serious strength training as well as eat like crazy. Read some articles on strength training and follow it to the "T". It takes a lot of dedication to get there but you are young and should be able to handle it. I'll help with all that I can so just ask!
