Home life was rough, so for sakes of preserving my sanity I started lifting.
It started as a way for me to blow off steam and then somewhere in between my focus on technique & form and signs of progress I began to do it for myself because I was diggin' it.
Why I Love It:
Physical discipline always translates into spiritual/ mental soundness and strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
You got one life to live, so what are you going to do with it? I'll choose to condition myself for greatness!
BB Accomplishments:
Within six mos.
squat -- 185lbs to 315lbs
Flat bench -- 155lbs to 185lbs
Barbell curl -- 65lbs to 95lbs

I couldn't do 'em in high school and I still look all kinds o' goofy doin 'em! I'm really trying to push my power cleans, clean and jerks, snatches and deadlifts -- I dig the really athletic lifts .... but I suck at snatchin. I did like twenty sets last night just trying to perfect...

Hey bro, your nips are too flat, man, they need to be pierced. I just did mine, and they were like yours. They look great now, and are way more sensitive. e-mail me for the pros and cons, if you are interested.

Well I have gotten so many mixed reviews about it but will just try it. I used it again today and used 2 scoops. I get a good rush and a good workout but it is sort of short-lived. But I have just begun. I have to give it more time. How is training?
