How I Started:
I was overweight throughout high school, decided enough was enough in college. Started eating healthier and made use of my free membership at the college gym. I got down to a healthy weight and maintained it until finding out I was pregnant. Hello stress eating! Now I guess you could say I'm starting from scratch.
Why I Love It:
Being better than I was yesterday.
How I Stay Motivated:
Still trying to figure that out.

Overall, I'm really happy with what I've done in the last 4 weeks! Up until now, I feel like all the progress has been happening beneath all that mushy stuff, and now I can finally SEE something changing.

Heya! Nope don't have a workout log...I just get to the gym, 30-45 mins of cardio (usually the treadmill) then weights. I do a back and shoulders/ chest/ legs split. Have hit a plateau at the moment which sucks but at least I can run 20 minutes without passing out so I'm pretty jazzed by that. :)

I read your comment about celiac. Encourage your grandma to eat TOTALLY gluten free. Just because she doesn't have immediate symptoms doesn't mean the immune system isn't attacking her small intestine. And you should have blood work done as well. 1 in 10 of "first level" relatives will also have Celiac.

Thank you!! I didn't want to put up pics this week...didn't think there was any change. But I really notice it in my back, which is fabulous because I'm always so self-concious about it. Now I can just be self-concious about my belly. Haha.
