When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
I used to workout during highschool a little bit. But I was very uneducated and only did a handfull of exercises. I was however able to do 225lbs x 1 in bench press my senior year while only weighing 136 pounds.
Now I workout because looking at the majority of other people in this world makes me sick. More people should get there butts in the gym and work hard!
Why I Love It:
Because you get what you put into it. You cant fake results, you either get them or you don't. I love how it makes me feel, and the confidence it gives me. It's also the perfect getaway, the iron never lies!
How I Stay Motivated:
Results, friends, looking at others progress pictures.
Also afraid to look sloppy like half of America's population.
BB Accomplishments:
None, yet..

Sometimes not at all, sometimes too long. I like to switch it up. Most of the time its how long it takes me to reach the water fountain and come back. (which is not long)

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
None, mine will be just fine when I get to where I need to be.
Alrighty! First blog entry. Just going to make this short, the next few will be much more detailed and interesting I promise you! I'm fairly proud of myself for starting to do some light squats and deadlifts after a back injury. It's been about a month and a half and I think its time now. The...
