Actually, I made it a New Year's resolution back in January of '06. I started out at a little less than 120 lbs. I hated being so small and weak.I was determined to change that. I had no clue that I'd end up growing to love it. Now, I can't get enough of it. I love it because it has helped me out so much. It's helped with confidence and self-esteem. It's great.I can go in the gym and just forget about everything else that's going on in the world. It's really like a second home to me now.
