cheers bro. had a back and biceps workout today, managed to up the weight on my dumbell curls so feeling pleased with that. also chin ups and pull ups going great, these calisthenic exercises seem to be making me stronger already!

workouts going great cheers bro, have added chin ups, pull ups and dips and my strength seems to of increased already. It seems just hard enough to be good for me but not too hard- will be adding more calisthenic excersises in due time mate

yeah mate, thats what i hope for starting out at a young age- i might not see results quickly in the short term but they will be twice as good in the long term as long as i keep it up

very inspiring vid mate, they do some incredible stuff. would like to give it all a try, but as you say im just going to take it slowly and add bits and pieces in when i feel ready to so i don't burn out

cheers for the advice, i'll definitely give that a try...and for me it's the press ups that work the best for my chest, i make sure i do them with 100% correct form and do them slowly till i feel the burn-that might help it become even bigger bro :)

for my chest i'm still doing my press ups, then also dips, dumbell press, incline dumbell press and the smiths machine. what do u do for your abs m8, they look awesome !!

yeah, it seems to be working so i'm keeping it up and see where it takes me. and i already do press ups and pull ups as part of my workout, going to have a go at some of the others when i next have the time m8

i have 3 workouts: biceps and back, triceps chest and shoulders, and legs, i alternate between these each time i go. my workouts are usually around 40 minutes to an hour, and i keep my rest periods at about a minute between sets to make it as intense as possible
