used to be a skinny little ****, before deciding to do press ups one day. did that for a while before realising my chest was out of proportion, so started going to the gym and been loving it since

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
reps dont matter, push myself til i cant do any more.

i do each of these activities twice a week, with either 2 or 3 days rest between each, do chest and triceps on same day, biceps and back on the same day. like to mix it up and chop and change what days i do it on. have put the weight i am lifting on all activities up since i started out,...

ahhh my chest workout is a bit different. Wow man thanks! I don't find my abz 2 be that great. More discouraged with them than anything! I do alot of decline sit-ups.. I hold a plate when i do them and twist back and forth. works great! ab machine...ab roller...I like to switch it up alot for abs. shock them. make em grow better.
