used to be dead skinny, then one day my mate told me if i started working out i could turn pretty big, so started doing press ups that night. been doing that and sit ups for coming up 2 years now, but only started going to the gym last november. any advice would be much appreciated

i do each of these activities twice a week, with either 2 or 3 days rest between each, do chest and triceps on same day, biceps and back on the same day. like to mix it up and chop and change what days i do it on. have put the weight i am lifting on all activities up since i started out,...

You already got the frame. Thats genetics. Its what you pack on to the frame and chislel to perfection in the form of muscle. Now thats what up, and you will acheive that.

ahhh my chest workout is a bit different. Wow man thanks! I don't find my abz 2 be that great. More discouraged with them than anything! I do alot of decline sit-ups.. I hold a plate when i do them and twist back and forth. works great! ab machine...ab roller...I like to switch it up alot for abs. shock them. make em grow better.

WOOW man were like around the same! body weight and stuff. What all u do for chest. I was like u for awhile doing just push ups and sit ups for a few years and then finally got in the gym recently last summer.
