ahhh my chest workout is a bit different. Wow man thanks! I don't find my abz 2 be that great. More discouraged with them than anything! I do alot of decline sit-ups.. I hold a plate when i do them and twist back and forth. works great! ab machine...ab roller...I like to switch it up alot for abs. shock them. make em grow better.
