true, sometimes i throw some "dirty" foods in there if i need extra cals but i usually burn it off , it's more of a trial and error thing right now ill be bulking for a good 6-7 months so hopefully i am up there by the end

nice, yeah i just started a 5 day split but am concentrating on major lifts. I do 4 majors a day along with 3 minors. seems to be working out so far so hopefully it helps with my bulk
