My dad showed me his equipment from when he was a kid and I started working out with his old weights. I was reppin' 50 lbs on bench press and thought I was strong hahaha. Never did I know bodybuilding would become a huge part of my life and it makes me feel good every single day.
Why I Love It:
It keeps my mind clear, let's me relieve stress. It improves my life and makes me feel great about myself!
How I Stay Motivated:
I take progress pictures, see my strength go up and keep feeling better about myself.
These are my maxes of when I first started working out.
Bench: 110
Squat: 90
Deadlift: 160
Military Press: 60
Bent Over Row: 50
Pushups: 5
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlifting 350 lbs.
Feeling great about myself.

10/24/09 - Gained 6 lbs so far
Starting bulk 8/28..on my whey up to 175 lbs.
update 10/14 - gained 6 lbs, up to 160 now
Goal (Long):
I started out weighing 170 lbs with around 18% body fat. Although you wouldn't think of me as necessarily out of shape I didn't feel confident! I wanted to feel better about myself so I cut down to 154 lbs with 11% bodyfat. Now, I'm bulking back up to 170 and then will cut back until 165 and so on until my ultimate goal of reaching 175 lbs by the end up 2009.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

I only do that second day of arms on thursdays if im not sore, otherwise i take the day off

Isn't it, though? My oldest son & I agree that from lyrics to message, beat, etc. its just a killer tune from every angle. I really tune into the message & think its a great example of conveying what goes on "inside" while we are doing everything to change the "outside".
