I just started bodybuilding October 18th 2006, and I have loved it ever since. My first goal is to work hard for 6 months before I start to cut for summer. And then I will repeat.
Normally 3 sets of skullcrushers, followed by 1 handed overhead extensions followed by kickbacks and finish off with dips. I have sample programs in my *
Workout Program:* section on the profile.
Isn't it, though? My oldest son & I agree that from lyrics to message, beat, etc. its just a killer tune from every angle. I really tune into the message & think its a great example of conveying what goes on "inside" while we are doing everything to change the "outside".
