thanks man.
just squat. 1 exercise. each week more weight or more reps. I usually, after warming up, hit a set of 6reps or so. Then lower it by 10% and go again, after i get my breath back. then do a set of 20. All to complete failure.
the key is progressive overload. 10lb added each week over the course of a few weeks makes a huge difference!

nice dude! quickmass will pack on the pounds. over 1000 calories in a shake!
I hit 380 for almost 10, almost 11 last night on squats, my goal is 400lbs for 10 in 2 weeks. getting stronger while dieting!

i just train so intensely my body is starving for carbs and utilizes them real good post workout. haha
