3 sets of incline db 4-6 reps
3 sets of flat bb 4-6 reps
3 sets decline bb 4-6reps
low/high cable crossovers 10-15 reps
pushups to failure in between cable crossovers
i do lots of dips on tricep day and also close grip bench on tri day
You have to do Charles Poliquin's lunges...
it grows your outer quad HUGE within a month...
he's the writer on t-nation that has olympic medalists in 17 different sports he trained...
THE LUNGE: only one difference...you suqeeze your calf to your hampstring before going back up...so full stretch for quads ESPECIALLY at the knee...
my knee even feels SO much better...
he also does his triceps this way with a close grip bench (biceps to your forearms)

This is kinda weird shane but man I just measured my neck and its in the 19 range and my chest is around 40 inches. I feel ****ing weird haha having a bigger neck then you.
Well, I reached my goal of losing 10 lbs. but now I'm trying to put back muscle that I've lost during my dieting phase so I have work to do. Get better soon bro and make sure you train like hell in the gym.
