Workout Program:
As of right now all im doing at the gym is treadmil (20-30mins), Elipticall (15-20mins) and occasionaly work on abbs (crunches). I know that this is a pretty lame "workout" but I am currently in the process of learning all i can and will soon put that knowledge to work.
