Well to be honest ive always wanted to have big muscles and to be fit and healthy.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling right after you work out, the tightness of ur muscles and the next day when u can barely move.
How I Stay Motivated:
When i first started i had friends that went with me, and then i got to know more and more people who loved to work out as much as i did and they all pretty much became apart of who i am kinda like family.
BB Accomplishments:
How strong i am. i would like to get bigger and improve my bench amount. i bench(250lb), Dead Lift(500), and Squat(550)
Monday: i do chest and abs
Tuesday: is Back and abs
Wednesday: Legs giving abs a break
Thursday: Shoulders and Abs
Friday: bi's & Tri's and Abs
Saturday & Sunday are my cool down days but if im up to it ill do abs and some push ups.
ya for my birthday of course i'm going to a bar, then some clubs here on the strip. but first off i'm going to get waisted and go go-cart racing lol. till we get kicked out. good times.
ya i was going to do that too untill my personal trainer told me to go to unlv. i'm lucky enough that they have something like that. otherwise i'd be doing it from home too. its really convienent though, its on sundays all days for 6 weeks. and i'll be nat. cert. on my birthday. if i dont pass then at least i'll be 21 and i can go to a bar haha
Sounds almost like where i am right now. Its just crazy. My schedule is not that busy, but i am going many different ways. Need to set aside time to study the rest of the info for the pt exam
