One day I looked in the mirror and realized I was not the person I felt I was or wanted to be.
Why I Love It:
I love that there is a program for everyone, no matter what their condition, motivation, or goals are.
I have gone from intense circuit training for professional MMA fights to physio and working out to help aid in recovery (2 bulging discs).
Although I am waiting on disc replacement surgery I continue to stay active and train intelligently.
Always looking to improve.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
