How I Started:
One day I looked in the mirror and realized I was not the person I felt I was or wanted to be.
Why I Love It:
I love that there is a program for everyone, no matter what their condition, motivation, or goals are. I have gone from intense circuit training for professional MMA fights to physio and working out to help aid in recovery (2 bulging discs). Although I am waiting on disc replacement surgery I continue to stay active and train intelligently. Always looking to improve.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Lifting too heavy too soon and improper technique.

gotta admire someone who works on all aspects of their physical conditioning ... strength, stamina, endurance, aerobics, etc ... trying to be the consumate athlete.
