Well I've been a dancer for 13 years so that was my work out but I wanted more. Seeing as I was rather thin I needed to gain some weight but gaining in fat didn't seem very appealing to me so I decided to bulk up a bit.
I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to be an instructor myself. I'm currently doing my intern ship while doing a massive amount of working out myself.
Why I Love It:
It makes my brain happy and makes my body look good. Big stress buster too.
What more could a girl want?
How I Stay Motivated:
The days I don't work out I feel like my day isn't complete I'm missing something.
I love the feeling of energy I have after completing a workout.

Haha nou ik ga einde van de maand beginnen met het cutten van BF... pff gaat nog zwaar worden! Ik heb nog ff snel een paar foto's gemaakt van hoe ik er op dit moment uit zie, ik ben best benieuwd hoe zwaar het gaat worden ;) Heb je nog goede tips als Fitness instructrise?? Bij welke Gym zit je in Nijmegen? Groetjes Chris
There is a lot of information, but the fun thing about working out and changing your body is that it's an ongoing experiment. Some bodies respond to certain workouts, others to a different type of workout. But the journey to find what works for you is a blast!!! Have a beautiful day, Luke
