Merci d'ecrire. Les gains sont la selon les photos et aussi un peu d'autre chose autour de la taille MAIS we're bulking now so it's expected a bit. Main thing you are getting bigger and stronger and stats prove it. It will all work out in the end. Andre

my training is going good. ive been really pushing myself this year. the strength and muscle gains are coming along..but also some ab flab as well! I need to get rid of that soon before summer.
