ElizR Hi!Did you still eat clean for the week off? You were fit before starting live fit, so I don't think it would hurt you just to continue onto week 2, especially so early on in the program. This comes down to personal preference. I do suggest just to keep moving forward if it was a whole week, but if you did say 2 work outs from week 2, i'd re-do that week. ElizR I did protein shake post work out and did not count it as a 'meal' because I personally feel those are ment for recovery. I use the MRM and almond milk w/ a 1/2 banana and some natural PB. Typically just the MRM, almond milk and ban. Are you taking the supplements from the 'stack'? I highly recommend. Hope this helps:) Aug 24, 2012 3:09pm

ElizR I did do cardio in phase 1. I just made sure it was after weights so I did not burn all my muscle up.As for the weight training, enjoy the 4 day/ week shorter lifting sessions because come phase 2 those are long gone! When I do it again later this fall, I will probably do cardio again either run or incline walk. Aug 24, 2012 3:09pm

ElizR Hi Hannah! Welcome to bb.com body space! Great motivation for people. I hope you are liking Live Fit so far. You look great already, so I am sure you are going to see good results. One thing I have learned is nutrition really helps and lifting heavy even if you have to take a few more breaks.:) Can't wait to see your progress!
