How I Started: Just one day as a sophmore in college, I didn't really want to look average anymore, and I decided that i was going to look good (goal is to look something like Gregg Avedon, Ryan Reynolds, and James Franco). I worked out a lot senior year in high school, but worked out on and off for the first year and a half in college. But Since the second semester of sophomore year, i have been working out like crazy and I love it.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling of being ripped after I workout. I love the feeling that I accomplished something worthwhile today. And as I found out last summer, I had the best abs on the beach. I wasn't as cut/ ripped as I wanted to be, not to be conceded, but I had the best abs, and caught the attention of single ladies, and moms a like.
How I Stay Motivated: I just keep telling myself I can do it. It is not an overnight process, and I eventually know that, given enough time, I can look really good. My Idol is Gregg Avedon, and everytime I look at his picture, it motivates me to be like him.
BB Accomplishments: I'm not really big enough to compete or anything.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle

So I have 2 months to bulk before I start to cut again. I am trying to gain 10 lbs of muscle or so, and then cut a little to get the bf back down. I never really cared about how I looked or what I ate about 2 years ago. Well now it is pretty much all I care about. I want to be extremely healthly and look good too.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%
Upcoming Contest: Summer vacation (not really a contest)

Workout Program:
A quick short on my workout:

Day 1- Biceps, Abs
Day 2- Chest, Triceps, Calves
Day 3- Rest
Day 4- Back, Obliques
Day 5- Shoulders, Abs
Day 6- Legs, Obliques
Day 7- Rest

I usually do about 7 exercises with about 3 sets of 8 for each, and on the 3rd set, failure usually around 5-7....

thank you for your post. You've done a great job on your build! I find diet really hard to keep clean but I am getting better at it as time goes on. I love food too much but I am enjoying getting into better shape as time goes on so it's making up for it. Thanks for posting and keep up updated on your progress!

thanks bro continue to eat clean during your bulking i wish i had now i'm trying to rewrite my wrong and lean out and keep some size... but keep letting it do what it do bro and you'll have the best of both worlds size and cuts..lets get it...
