When I Started:
Sep, 2008
How I Started:
Basically the want to achieve something great than ever before. To finally gain the selfconfidence and joy I deserve. That and I don't want to have SERIOUS health issues at 45 like most of my family.
Why I Love It:
Every time I get off a treadmill or elliptical (sweating buckets, mind you) I feel like I've done something to help push me closer to who I want to be/what I want to look like.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sadly, I look at my dad's side of the family. They all have heart trouble, most are on 4 different cholestrol/blood pressure meds, 3 have sleep apneia. Then I think, do I want to be like that? That is driving me now. As I keep going, my motives will change to "get to the next step" or "define this area more."
BB Accomplishments:
Well, it's not really "bodybuilding" but I was able to run my first under-10-minute-mile!
8:43, i think

What x311Tifa Is Up To:
Jul 13, 2009
x311Tifachanged Weight from 186 lbs. to 183.8 lbs., a 2.2 lb. loss in 5 days
Basically I just want to be happy with my physical appearance, maybe some nice flat abs too.
Goal (Long):
I always wanted to be the skinny, cute girl in school and not be tormented all my life. Eventually I got the face, but not the body I wanted. I always craved the compliments that a hot bikini bod would give me. One problem, my high-paced schooling never allowed time for the dedication. Well, this year and for the rest of my life I am making time. I want to be 150 pounds and run 7+ miles in an hour like the track team used to.
I know that within next year, I can achieve this with more dedication to this than anything I've ever done.
I ran a few miles today (it was -3 out and my muscles were NOT happy) and lifted for upper body. Im working on getting better with diet since that's the only thing holding me back and always has been. I hope to post pics soon and can't wait until I actually CAN!!! (stupid camera that's not...
