My bulking shake
3 scoops of vanilla icecream
3 heaping tablespoons of peanuts butter
2 scoops of chocolate whey
12-16 ounces of whole milk
chocolate syrup if desired(id do it)
blend for a little bit and enjoy, taste like a candy bar with 1200 or so caloriesMy bulking shake
