haha yup trying to put on some weight now. Been gaining about a pound a week - I am back up to 160... not a fan of all the fat that comes with but man it feels good to be full and lift more. hows it going over there?
But this year im going to start my diet a couple of months sooner do cardio about three times a week and cut the weight very gradually. What did you do? and how did you place?
Well not to sexist but I was taking advice from a girl and thier bodys are different then ours. I went 3 days low carbs and 3 days high. But I know now the biggest reason I lost muscle was because I cut out my last meal of the day, which was a mistake because I know that starving yourself was catabolic. And also I was doing way too much cardio, about 5 times a week in the morning, and then later on after my workout.
Thanks man I am doing my best... as you clearly know this is not easy! I am losing about 1 lb a week through carb cycling. I will probably continue for 2 more weeks, and then start trying to gain muscle again. Any tips on transitioning from a cut to a bulk?
