How I Started:
started the gym when i was 17, i was 11.3 stone and very unhappy. 5 years down the line I am 9.8stone and feeling alive. Exercise is apart of my life, i wouldnt change it for anything!!
Why I Love It:
love the feeling and buzz, im not the same if i dont have my excerise fix!
How I Stay Motivated:
there is something within me that makes me want to achieve. i switch off from all my problems and just turn my ipod on and go for it!

my training is good at the moment, been into the gym 5 times already since Monday, had football training on tuesday as well so been pretty happy with it all this week. Glad to see that you are making soem good progress, keep it up and you will soon reach your goals. Well Done.
