Let the Outside match the Inside !
We all on Bodyspace are part of a like-minded community. A community of health, wellness, and fitness. It is a lifestyle for which we choose.
We all are aware of what eating clean can do for us not just on the Inside but on the Oustide as well. We all have read the articles, studied the nutrition labels, and are better for it.
This for many of us has become a lifestyle and not just a diet and hope for a good workout. We all are familiar with the struggles of discipline and dedication, but in doing so we reap the benefits and the fruits of our labors !
My lifestyle of nutrition now consists of foods such as: Chicken breast, Turkey, Tilapia, Tuna, Eggs(white only), Broccoli, black beans, green beans, lettuce, spinach, sweet potatoes, Oatmeal, pineapple, apples, pecans, the list goes on and on........low sodium, and far less sugar...now using Truvia.
The benefits of this lifestyle change is that now the Outside is starting to match the Inside on how i feel and look !
So.... I would like to keep encouraging all of you that are starting , those of you struggling, and those of you that have already adopted a clean lifestyle.
keep your eyes on the Horizon, for a New Day will soon be upon us !
Currently.. I personally have adopted the MFT28 nutrition plan from Greg Plitt and I love it ! A series of protien shakes taken at specific times during the day and one real meal a day.. ( which is lean protien and green veggies of sorts)

I remember starting out on this Fitness journey with so many questions. How to Eat ? When to Eat ? What time is best for working out ? What workouts should I be doing ? What type of body do I want ? and then there is the question of what Supps should I take ?
I think we all can agree on the last question.... It is very confusing. Especially if you are like me, New to the Fitness community.
Here tho being a member on bodyspace and having the resources of BB.com, all these questions have answers, and answers for everyone !
Through the thousands of articles posted you gain a sense of knowledge and pride with better enhancing your body with the task for which you ask.
For myself I use such supps as: Omega 3,6,9 , cod liver oil, Vitamin d3, arginine, L-caratine, creatine, pre-workout shake, whey protien or isolate (depending), a mass gainer (depending).
But of all the Supps I take, there is one staple at the core. That is the Multi-Vitamin. I use to take GNC Mega Men.. until a friend turn me on to Opti-Men from ON. I find that Opti-men is softer on the belly and gives me a sustained good vibe lasting the entire day.
So... I say to those of you reading this... Do your homework, educate yourself on nutrition and on Supps. For every person it is different, unique unto their own body.

The Mirror
Motivation varies for each one of us.
Goal setting I find is very influencing... once you pass the goal you set, your excited about what else you can achieve. This is something that transends across all area's of our life. Small steps to the big dream. A realization that it truely is possible to achieve which your heart desires.
Motivation comes in many forms. For some it is the bad report card from the doctor needing to change. For others, its the birth of a child. For some of us, its as simple as i just want to look better in the bathing suit.
My motivation is the Mirror in my house, the Mirror at work, the Mirror at the dept. store, The Mirror at the folks or friends house, the Mirror reflection off of the car window.
See.... everyday in on Mirror or the other I have to be accountable for what it is I see ! I can't blame anyone else, I cant point the finger towards anyone else, and I can't Lie to myself when looking in the Mirror.
The Mirror is my Motivation !
