Hey, you have the most amazing bod! I'm sure you get a lot of questions about your training/nutrition, so this won't surprize you. Could you give me an example of you're diet and nutrition to keep you uber-lean year round? I read in the newest Oxygen mag that you train more like a track athlete vs. the traditional bodybuilding methods. I too have been training this way for the past 3 months. Any tips or examples would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

Cool. Do you have a trainer/nutritionist? I know from experience, it makes a world of difference. Not because you don't know what you're doing but because of the mind games that come with dialing in.

Hi! WOW! Your transformation is amazing! I competed for the first time with FAP in figure in Nov of 08. I really want to compete with FAME in the fitness model division. What would be the best way (cheapest) for me to learn the walks, poses, turns, ect. and find out more info on suit designers, ect? I am a member on body proud, but haven't been able to find any of this info there. Thanks Skye Clark

Thanks Josh! I just found out that I placed 6th! Only 1/2 point behind 5th and 3 points behind 1st! I'm extatic! I feel really good about my first show. I definately need work on my abs, and I'll be a tad leaner next show. Keep Jami in check for me!
