How I Started:
I started weight training in 2004. I met my husband in 2005 who is a personal trainer at my gym. He never trained me until I was pregnant in 2008, he is certified in prenatal fitness and am now training for postnatal fitness.
Why I Love It:
I love to feel healthy and strong. Theres nothing like being in the gym and keeping up with guys doing pull ups.
How I Stay Motivated:
Now that I have a 14 year old and a newborn it's hard to find time for myself. After gaining 50 lbs during this pregnancy I am more motivated than ever to get back into shape. It's so embarassing being infront of the mirrors at the gym and not even recognize myself. I HAVE TO FIND MY BODY AGAIN!
BB Accomplishments:
At my leanest I was the happiest I had ever been with my body. I just didn't know it. Now that I am almost my fattest, I know that once I get back into my real self again..... that will be my greatest accomplishment.
