When I Started:
Nov, 2004
How I Started:
Well i was a very skinny kid all my life, i always admired bodybuilders from a young age, then when i turned 15 i decided to hit the gym, and from then i never turned back, i started eating healthier, gyming 5 days a week, and doing research on the latest training programs.
Why I Love It:
Its my passion, i wake up every morning thinking about gym and what muscle groups im going to train that day, i love being in the gym, in that awesome vibe, where everyone is just living the dream. Its Awesome
How I Stay Motivated:
I speak positove words over my life, refuse to be negative, keep focused on the end goal one step at a time, i gym even on the days i feel to tired to gym, and those are the best workouts, it gets me amped again, chatting to friends who also love it helps me stay motivated.

Sounds great. Well good luck with those big gyms getting back to you, let me know how your getting on when you start with one if them, Id love to hear! :)
Do you have last months issue of muscle & fitness? If so there is a great four week training plan for bi's that you can do over and over again. Its great cos focuses on the different heads of the bicep and workouts are different every week so muscle growth is better. Tri's, i always mix it up, but great exercises are skull crushers and weighted dips. Give it a blast and good luck mate.
