I lost about 20 pounds (8 kg) over 2.5 months before taking this pic, getting rid of the spare tyre in my middle. Now want to build up a little muscle while increasing tone too.
9 weeks after starting gym. Can see a little progress, but not enough. Need to eat and workout more.
