Review: This a very effective product. The flavor was a bit overpowering at first, but developing a taste for it didn't take long; the berry flavor is actually very subtle. I took the product as the label suggested for about 3 months, and experienced substantial gains in nearly every worked bodypart, especially chest. My bench press in particular shot up about 50 pounds. Overall, this product works well in conjunction with diet and other supplements.
