Girl, you look awesome. Yes Im still around. Im in Colombia for the next few. Family is doing great. Baby Niko is growing so fast. Im still training but not as hard as I did in Iraq. I was in the hospital for about 3 months and that put some weight on me again. But I've cautious with training. Colombia is ok, but Im ready to go home. I miss my family. San Antonio has been good also. We plan on retiring there. my ako is the best way to contact me john.quinones@us.army.mil

A lot had to do with my youngest son whom I couldn't keep up with without loosing my breath. It was so bad that I couldn't play soccer with him or just trhow a ball with him. That was enough to make me change. Definetly want to be healthy and be around for them for years to come.

Good job. Life gets better after 40. I started training hard at 42 and like yourself, I want to add some muscle weight. My biggest issue, legs, I definetly need more work in that area. Good luck

Cual es tu rutina de ejercisio? Mi reto mas grande son mis piernas. Tengo mucho trabajo que hacer en esa area. I want to add more size to my legs. Estoy en dieta este mes, mucha proteina y vegetales.

Thank you, Im doing another 12 weeks (started on 19 FEB) the difference this time is that my goal is to add muscle size bigger arms and shoulders and refine my abbs. I won't mention my chicken legs....I do need more work there. your upper back and shoulders look great.

For cardio I ran out doors, tread mill, eliptical, cycle and aerobics. The diet was a bit difficult at the begining due my location (Iraq- US Army)
but once I broke the davinci code on the meals things got better. I drank 3 Myoplex per day and had 3 solid meals per day. Lots of vegies, chicken and Tuna. Salmon once a week and steak once a week. Water, water and lots of water I did not have any sodas during the cycle

Inspiring story. Have you explored the Body For Life program? I did it last year and can't stop sharing how lifechanging those 12 weeks were for me. I a go getter, and once I decided to make a transformation I went for it. Healthwise, I can go on bragging as to how good I fel. Stay with a program. Best of luck.

Cradio does good for me. I just finished my session and I'm tired. But I know what you mean, there are so many programs out there one really have to find that one that's in synch with you. I'm shooting for shredded abbs by May 08, and I mean Shredded.

Awesome back Sis. I just finished my cardio and Abbs work out. I fly home tomorow. I'm in Norfolk VA, been here for 9 days. Glad to go home. Girl, I'm retiring. Be a full time dad, worship God, and Bodybuild.
