When I Started:
How I Started:
Been in to martial arts since I was 11 years old and didn't do too much lifting but with the martial arts workouts I was able to bench 190 at age 13. Trying to workout as much as possible between work and school.
Why I Love It:
Working out keeps me in shape and makes me feel young. I never pictured myself as a couch potato type person and never want to be that way. Most people think I look about 10 years younger than I am.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying young as long as possible.
BB Accomplishments:
No bodybuilding accomplishments. I have a few karate tournaments I have placed and won.
