Overall Goal: Eat healthy and get my muscle to start showing...I weigh 165 right now and I'm setting a new goal to get myself down to 140...I have 2 months left here in the desert and I'm well on my way to reaching my goals...I just hope things keep progressing...

How I Started:
I was in seventh grade and I have always been competative and when I was introduced to an ab roller for the first time I couldn't stop using it. Ever since that first machine I started hitting the gym and using other machines and here I am now.
Why I Love It:
I get a lazy feeling in me if I don't work out. I have to hit the gym everyday. There's just a feeling of accomplishment I get whenever I leave the gym and I love it..I feel like a new person everyday. It's a passion of mine.
How I Stay Motivated:
If I'm feeling sick or if I've hurt myself lifting or playing sports it just motivates me more to work out because I know I'm only strengthening myself. I don't let anything stop me from getting my priorities done and my main focus starts in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't really have any great accomplishments..yet..I've been told I by a good bodybuilding friend of mine that I could compete but I've never actually put any thought into competing..I lift and workout because I love it but now I might do what I love for a purpose and see where it takes me...

Goal (Long):
My goal is to keep the muscle I have but shed some of my body fat. I'm 5'8" and I weight 160lbs..I work out a lot but I need to get a better routine so I can start seeing my results and I need to figure out what foods and types of dieting I can do to help me achieve this...also...a new part of my goals is to get my body fat % down to about 10...I'm at 18% right now so I have work to do but it's reachable and I have the motivation to get there so we'll see what happens...

my tours not up until at least next february. i was commercial aviation, but these 12-16 months tours every two years are hurting my schooling. so i switched to aviation management. how long will you be there for

So that means you probably trained in San Antonio huh? I did my schooling in San Antonio and I have a friend that's in the security forces and she trained at lackland I think. It's one of the air force bases there.
