Why I Love It:
I love working out and lifting because it has transformed my body, and I know this.Its a sport that requires three things, you and the weight, and the desire.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading articles and looking at the other fit models in my fitness magazines that show up in my mailbox on the daily. I have also learnt so much from the artcles on Bodybuilding.com.Also, when Im at my best and I get asked 3-5 times a day if I workout...lol..Thats a huge motivator.Im not going to lie, I love the attention a well trained body gives me.
BB Accomplishments:
Winning 2nd in my first fitness Bikini show, and 3rd in my first figure show.Im also an official M.INK model.So Im fit with an attitude they tell me...a good one baby!!
