i started lifting weights to get big for football. after highscool i decided i wanted to do bodybuilding and got into it. until i was recruited to play college ball. now its over and i jus want to get back in it

yep! went at it solo. learned lots about myself in the process tho! are you going to work with someone for your comp?? also, how do u like Cellmass...? I just got my dad started on it but just wondering how he might feel/get results with it. have a good night :)

Figure, ultimately. However, I have some balancing to do btw my upper and lower body (damn big legs, again!!) so I have been told by others I should try bikini.... but I like the discipline that comes with training to a figure physique... and I think I have too much muscle mass to lose if I wanted to do bikini.... so! I will try to bring out my upper body for 2010 and go at it FIGURE style!!!

haha RIGHT!? I def don't lack there! actually, trying to bring em down in the offseason... I am told they are "overpowering" my body, which is sad bc they come from years of figure skating and being athletic, but gotta lean em out some... maybe that will lead to less stares at the gym and the grocer. can't look away!!! haha. u must understand!? ur HUGE bud!!!

thanks alot man, yah i wanna comppet but my parents dont want me to so it sucks but when i turn 16 and i can drive thats when im really gonna step up and do powerlefting meets and bodybulding shows but thats the plan. but r u doing a winter bulk or are you cutting?
