Stupid me. Just found out that I was measuring my shoulders wrong. Finally learned how to do it right from bodybuilding.com!!!! Will update stats on Mar 1st.

thanks! :D i know you'll reach your goal. you have to just keep doing what your doing and stay focused. i actualy started to plateu(sp?) cuz i was working out too much. to i cut back and slowed down on the workouts and focused more on my recovery. but yeah man keep it up and we'll see what gains are made this next week.
