Well I started at the age of 10 lifting some old sand weights with a friend. I always played sports (football, baseball, & basketball) and lifting has always been apart of that.
Why I Love It:
I lost the love for it after high school but recently fell in love with it again. I workesd for a gym for about 2 yrs and realized I was in bad shape. So now I'm back to get healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just looking at my son everyday. Showing him what weightlifting is about. Plus I play semi-pro football so I have to stay in shape for that.
BB Accomplishments:
For me just being able to bench 300 lbs. in high school at the age of 17. I weighed about 215-220 back then.

Looking bad and out of shape
Thanks for the comment. They aren't going to bad. But I hate the gym. I would rather be playing sports but with the knee injury i can't do that right now so being on the eliptical and lifting is all i can handle. How is everything with you? Got any good tips on shaping up these abs?
Thanks :) I've definitely become good at juggling, lol. School this year has proven to be an additional challenge but I survived (and so did the fam, lol).....one day at a time. Good luck with all your goals as well (you look great already)
Nice to see another fellow West Virginian. I'm originally from Charleston. In what part of Charleston do you live? I grew up on the West Side. Good luck with your goals.
