How I Started:
Being a mother of two, I have never taken the time to put myself first. One day I looked in the mirror and didnt like what was looking back at me. I decided to do something about it that day. I became extremely motivated in my mind and before I knew it, I had lost 50 pounds and have kept it off now for over 2 years.
Why I Love It:
After becoming divorced, working out seemed to give me that confidence back that I tend to lack at times. It has become a lifestyle for me. I love the way it has changed not only my body, but also my spirit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through the support of my friends and family and most importantly, myself and my children. Seeing the results pay off and hearing the compliments/feedback from people, speak very huge to me. I only hope that I can encourage and inspire other single moms that they can do this as well, because we are worth it.

He constantly supports me and keeps me motivated. People like him are needed in the lives of people like me. He constantly pushes me to live up to my potential and he shows me that nothing is impossible and there should be no obstacles in my way when it comes to obtaining my fitness goals.

I agree. When you first start the fat seems to melt away then next few years it just comes off steady. The only way to do it is hard core dieting and going to the gym, if your going for that tone look. It is just hard to stay that strict for long.
No it's not easy but it sure makes you feel better about everything. I love going to the gym and taking the stress of the day out on the weights. I'm putting on weight right now but after the holidays I'll start getting real strict again. Not looking forward to it but it is time to try and find my abs lol...
