How I Started: I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I got tired of being fat. I needed a change and a change is what I'm getting.
Why I Love It: For the most part, I really love the muscle but I also enjoy looking and feeling better.
How I Stay Motivated: What keeps me motivated is my kids. Although I know they have and will love me no matter what....I want them to be proud of me and maybe learn a few things along the way.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My goal is to look better and be healthier than I ever have."
Goal (Long): It seems that as long as I can remember, I have always hated my body. When I was thinner, I wasn't happy and when I was fatter, I wasn't happy. This past January, something finally clicked. I startd eating cleaner, exercising 7 days a week and before I knew it, I had shed 42 pounds(July 1, 2007). My ex-hubby has lifted weights since he was a teen. After we got married I was always tripping over them, always having to wait for him to "finish his workout" and of course always having to hear him trying to get me to goin him. Well, in May of 2007 I finally did and now I am hooked. My plan is to be healthy, strong, muscular and alive for many years to come.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 18%
