How I Started:
I started just to keep in shape. Got a bum knee playing sports and got really FAT. I hated it. I have lost over 30lbs on clean eating and working hard.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling that pump.
How I Stay Motivated:
I bought new clothes and threw out all the fat ones. Now I have to stay in the new ones.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder. gave it two weeks and it felt better.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Trying to lift 10 or 20lbs more
