I got interested in bodybuilding from my uncle Eric when I was just a kid, I started training in the gym during 1999 when I was 17 for almost 2 years. I had to stop my training to due to injury and financial constrain, after 5 years and graduated from higher education I joined my current company I was encourage by my colleagues who were bodybuilders to start training.
I started training again, it was not long when disaster strikes again. I got a lower back injury, I had to stop training for almost half a year. After my recovery I have started training again and until today.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it is healthy and I just love the transformation.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always tell myself, "it's so hard, but I must continue"
BB Accomplishments:
3rd Place in Mr Miri Light middle 2009 category & competed in MR Novice Miri 2009
Now that I have the first hand experience in a competition, I need to bulk up more and prepare for the upcoming competition next year.
Goal (Long):
This is the time to put myself to the test, train hard, eat right, sleep right and get ready for the upcoming competitions. In the long run I want to gain at least 90kg from my present weight
My workout program does not have a specific day, so I would usually use the following sequence for my workout. The workouts I do are mostly basic, because the basic workout is best for gaining mass and I need to gain size.
The reps are according to weight I carry during the work. Like if I go...
