Right before Thanksgiving I decided to go on a diet. I found BodyBuilding.com and found a diet that allowed me to eat 6-7 meals a day. I figured if I could eat that much and lose weight it should be easy. I then decided I wanted to lose some fat but not muscle so I began to read articles and got hooked. Now I go 5 days a week.
Why I Love It:
I love having control over my health. I also love working a body part and a few days later being suprised to see a new vein or muscle or striation.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a lot of magazines, read bodybuilding.com, and read the many stories I have seen other people write about their success.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally figuring out a workout "split" and putting together a good routine.
We are haveing a blast> I just had shoulder surgery, a lot better now. If you need a hand let us know we help people with fitness goals!! We also have a natural bb show in Arlington on the 8th if you want to come and see a great Natural show. We have a booth there. Diet Doc!
Well i am glad you have decided to come back. This is a great place for motivation. Joined some teams that's awsome and allot of fun I am sure. Good for you. :)
