How I Started:
I started working out eversince i saw people on the magazine have this huge muscle pouring out so i've decided to engage in this stuff. I love there dedication and transformation of their bodies.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes you feel motivated and helps you to be the best that you can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a strong motivation in working out aside from dancing. Helps your overall endurance and energy.
Used to be a slim guy 'coz i dance a lot especially ballroom dancing and salsa. Im a dance fanatic. Im putting weight currently like gaining some muscle mass and be a bit toned up too. As of the moment, my body is starting to feel the effect of being a bit muscular which ill be taking some pictures for you to see later on.

Well I've ran a marathon, so I can do 42km LOL But my typical runs are just 11km...that's 7 miles around here :) I don't really enjoy running much anymore though...trying to focus more on weights these days. Do you go to the gym to workout...how does that work with all the dancing?

I workout at 6am...kinda sucks cuz I gotta get up so early, but it's nice to have it out of the way for the rest of the day. No, I don't take any supps except some whey protein and multivitamins. How about you?

Oh not much...I'm pretty boring these days LOL I've got a big house to clean now, so that's taking up a lot of my time :) You know, you need to put up some progress pics sometime!
Nope, didn't really do anything exciting yesterday...just the usual...workout, do some housework, and whatever else I feel like in the evenings :) Yeah, I don't watch those shows...I was just curious what a real dancer thought of them LOL

I think my magical powers aren't what they used to be...my hubby wouldn't appreciate that dancing either :) LOL I'm not up to much...finished my weights for the day a while ago and have to get busy working soon. Do you ever watch that show on tv, Dancing With The Stars?
