How I Started:
I started working out eversince i saw people on the magazine have this huge muscle pouring out so i've decided to engage in this stuff. I love there dedication and transformation of their bodies.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes you feel motivated and helps you to be the best that you can be.

I have a strong motivation in working out aside from dancing. Helps your overall endurance and energy.

To gain some muscle and be a bit tone-up.
Goal (Long):
Used to be a slim guy 'coz i dance a lot especially ballroom dancing and salsa. Im a dance fanatic. Im putting weight currently like gaining some muscle mass and be a bit toned up too. As of the moment, my body is starting to feel the effect of being a bit muscular which ill be taking some pictures for you to see later on.

Thats quite a goal Allan. I dunno about competing haha..one step at a time. I've trained by myself for just about all the time except for this last month. Though my trainer ran into some personal problems and I only had 4 sessions with him, so pretty much have done it on my own. :0) Which I'm proud of! Dancing..What kind of dance? Ok KIT and thanks for stopping in agian. :0)

thanks so much. training has been well..getting over the dulldrums of the wet weather...and starting with a PTrainer...diet is a mess..but trying to figure it out...its so complicated..otherwise, been working hard and hoping to work harder and see more progress soon. Thanks for stopping by!

very cool! you must be really good at ballroom dancing. it looks so difficult lol. i might try it out in the summer though. i am going to a club tonight to dance :) even though i shouldn't since i have a lot of homework and studying to do :P haha.
