How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I stick to just running. While lifting, I do HIIT. This is my favorite because I've always found it to be the most useful and have seen the best results with it.
What is your cardio exercise plan?
20-30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training)
