Why I like this video: This is a video of Fred Taylor. He is the most underrated back in the league. He's been to only one pro bowl but yet has over 10,000! He motivates me because of his will to what it takes to be the best
ha ha, looks like I'll have to catch you sunday then. Or at your job which is easier said than done. I'm surprised you haven't joined a 24 hr gym. 6 more shifts though?!?! Man, really who the heck did you piss off?
Good luck with the game on Sat. This week is hectic for me as well. I gotta drive down south on Thursday for a program I'm speaking at on Friday and well, I won't be back up here until sometime monday morning/afternoon. We can get up next week. Who knows? Might be able to flip next weekend but I got friends and family graduating then so it'll be tight.
I have been known to ditch family functions for a workout though. ;-) Notorious for it actually. They're trying to break my diet.
You aren't the only one that hates cardio. I would try to help you out by being your training partner but our strength levels are probably too disproportionate. Take that as a compliment, I'm a lot weaker than I look, especially with my current training routine. However, we can increase that strength thing a lot. Its why I asked you about the flipping tires. I could meet up with you this week to talk about it. Maybe even today, if I can drive after my leg workout.
Add some creatine and beta-alanine to your list of supplements. Those are pretty much supplement staples for increased performance and the better you perform, the stronger and better you'll get.
However, no strength really comes without training for it. Another supplement people say is good for strength but I've never tried is gakic.
If you ever want to flip a tire for improving your strength, let me know.
Well, whenever you wanna catch me let me know. My schedule should be flexible enough to permit a drive down there but he he, of course I need to know hours beforehand.
He he, funny thing is though, I'm so close to overtraining I can smell it but I'm not depressed yet and although my weights are going down, I'm about to keep on going before I take a week off.
Man, you had me thinking this was some team similar to the macon knights or something. Eh, thats what I do.
Me, eh, that used to be LA Fitness I frequented the most until I moved up the road and started going to the one in marietta. Eh, one of these days I'll try to catch and get a workout in with you.
Man, I see you getting ready for minor league football. Are there any silly tests you have to do to get involved with that? By the way, what LA fitness you train at?
