dpaul4553 Nothing special - I like the seated calf raise, seems to give me good results, making sure to use a variety of foot positions so that the full calf gets the workout. Mostly though, I think that the calves came from my years in marching band, genetics and most recently from carting around the extra bulk around my middle (I know that won't be much help to you!). dpaul4553 True, you just gotta keep improving for yourself if for no one else. Plus, we often overlook some of our best assets because we see them all the time. For example - some one tonight asked me how I built my calves. I never really thought about it because to me they are just my calves, if you get what I mean.
