How I Started:
Always had an easy time gaining weight and I thought I could use that trait in bodybuilding, and I loved how my body changed. I did not want to be like everyone else, I wanted to be an elite individual.
Why I Love It:
Ever since I saw the movie "Comando" and Arnold held that tree trunk with those tree truck arms, ever since then I knew thats how I wanted to look like.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Ipod... some D-block,wu-tang, method man, biggie and mobb deep, redman.....so.. music keeps me motivated in the gym especially during contest prep.
BB Accomplishments:
Qualifying for Nationals and becoming a member of Team MuscleTech !

Any suggestions? Is it a rea1ity to drop fat and bui1d musc1e at the same time? Today I am on day 3 of <15 gr carbs - i did an hour cardio (30 min of running @ 5.1 mph and 30 e11ip interva1 training) There was nothing 1eft in me to 1ift an ounce i was sooo hungry - so is there a ba1ance???

My friend dave is on it this month. the photographer already had the woman with him in mind so I didnt get it. Ill keep bugging them though. i think you will get your card as you look fantastic

Thanks...off season is short for me....3 more weeks? Mainly just the diet will become stupid again at that point. Training stays the same....
