How I Started:
Always had an easy time gaining weight and I thought I could use that trait in bodybuilding, and I loved how my body changed. I did not want to be like everyone else, I wanted to be an elite individual.
Why I Love It:
Ever since I saw the movie "Comando" and Arnold held that tree trunk with those tree truck arms, ever since then I knew thats how I wanted to look like.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Ipod... some D-block,wu-tang, method man, biggie and mobb deep.....so.. music keeps me motivated in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I got 4th at my first show NPC brooklyn, should of got 3rd but I didnt have my possing down. will work on my weakeness and come back at 195-200 at 4% body fat next time around.

wuts good man? offseason sucked yo; I haven't put on ANY weight this offseason. Shit's ridiculous. Anyway, you looked pretty good as a middle weight, so if you get your conditioning down just a little bit more, you can definately qualify as a light heavy I think. A friend of mine told me that it's better to come in a little lighter with on point conditioning then to play the size game. As for me, I don't think I'll be competing this year; I want to get bigger before I step onstage again.
