How I Started:
When I bartended I was always in shape because I got my workout running around the bar serving clients and carrying food and changing kegs. When I got pregnant I went from 130lbs to over 200lbs. That was motivation enough to get into the gym.
Why I Love It:
Now my favorite thing about working out is when I can lift more weight than some guys. The look of shock on their face is reward enough
How I Stay Motivated:
I find lifting weights theraputic
