Just sitting here waiting 4 wrk to be done. Have a Hard workout planned for today and absolutly zero motivation. My lifting stats continue to improve.But with that the aches and pains seem to last longer and longer. Working the overnite is finally starting to catch up with me.
Sunday- 3mile run(7 min mile pace)
monday- Back- Pull-ups 2 X 20 , 1 x 10,1 x 10
Deadlifts 1 x 15(225), 1 x 10(295),1 x 8(315),1 x 5(380)
Bent rows 1 x 15(145), 1 x 10(155),1 x 10(200)
Tuesday -Legs-Squat 1 x 25(135),1 x 15(225),1 x 15(265),1 x 8(380)
