My goal is to become better in all aspects. I have one life to live and I aim to take advantage of it. My main goals are to be healthy in mind, body, and soul. It is a great personal journey, one close to the heart, but I need support and help along the way. I've made it this far, and I can follow through on the back nine. It's now or never.

Today I begin my weightlifting routine for the next 90 days. I'm excited and ready to drive this thing home. Made it halfway by losing the weight, and now it's time to go the distance... all the way! Time to become a machine full of life and energy. I start... now.
