How I Started:
I've always been an athlete. Since I became a wrestler I've been really picky about what i eat and I really try to take care of my body. Workin' out and dieting has become 2nd nature to me. I like to learn new things about my body and i try to push my muscles as far as they can go not only in the weight room, but also on the mat.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because i feel better physically, I feel comfortable with my appearance, and the ladies love it. I think the human body is the most complex of all mammals and working out allows me to see/experience first hand what this body can do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is easy for me. There is no routine or technique I follow. I just remain disciplined. But, for the most part soccer and wrestling keeps me motivated. I like to compete at the highest physical level possible and eatting a snickers bar with a soda won't help.
BB Accomplishments:
For now all i can say is that i was fat when i was younger. Now im ripped , but my body is still a work in progress.

Goal (Long):
I started working out in middle school just because of sports. I found a new sport that I love, wrestling. My freshman year of high school i was a state alternate then I actually made it to states my sophmore year. Going into my junior year i really want to compete in a tough weight class. My long term goal is to be a state champ in the 135lb weight class both my junior and senior year. But first i need to gain 10 pounds. Working out, taking supplements, and dieting will help but it's my mental will power and a little bit of that-Dan Gable- attitude that will get me through it. And if anything else im tired of being a small guy, I want to bulk up...
